What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

The ideal feature of 3CX is its business-oriented built-in functionality set, which includes video conferencing, screen sharing, and interactive whiteboard functions. This makes the learning environment highly interactive, which is very suitable for cases such as management where many concepts are involved. Discussions about sensitive company data are not worrisome due to the many security measures, such as end-to-end encryption, the platform provides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

3CX is very friendly and easy to use for anyone who is making a presentation and also for anyone joining the presentation. Its reliability is acceptable, especially during times when one has to make a very important presentation with little technical junk. Another advantage of the sessions is the availability of the sessions’ recordings and the possibility of accessing the material at any given time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though there are many advantages that 3CX possesses, its analytics capabilities can be considered not very broad.​ Also, an integrated quiz feature would help the trainers monitor the understanding of the learners and make immediate changes to delivery depending on the results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It was easier to start the session. The high definition of the videos and the clarity of the sound made it possible for all participants to follow the details I was conveying. This real application makes it possible to share sensitive and critical information. Thanks to the flexibility offered by 3CX, it was possible for the audience and the company's employees to connect even if potential environmental factors transformed what could have been an adverse event into a valuable learning opportunity.
