What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?

Agentless backup for hyparvisors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can prevent downtime with file and folder-level recovery of Linux® virtual machines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Backups would fail continuously after running smoothly for sometime. then we have to re register nodes and remove the old ones

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Direct cloud backup option plus backup on AWS/google cloud makes good difference.
