What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
The risk of drainage among team members is exclusively reduced. I really like the built-in audit logs that bring transparency and compliance. Most importantly, our customer response time has improved significantly because of automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Deployment and management of bots is done remotely. The strong security features and role-based access control are incredible. I’ve seen productivity improve as we’ve used this platform to automate report generation, therefore, saving hours for sure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Scheduling bots may sometimes misbehave, but work out eventually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Strongly recommended tool for teams handling high volumes of data entry, as this will automate all those processes and save much of your time.

Spend time learning to get the most from the platform. Consider ongoing bot maintenance and platform updates. Try to automate well-documented processes at first and then move to complex ones.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
It's fully cloud-based, has a built-in AI bot, is easy to use, and also provides built-in analytics, which most RPA tools don't.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how Automation Anywhere makes use of AI to process the unstructured data of emails and invoices and converts them into structured formats. As it has a cloud-based architecture, thus allows me to do remote management and monitoring with much ease. Being cloud-based, security is always a question, but Automation Anywhere never made me regret making it my top choice in the RPA industry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Automation anywhere is a great tool for sure, but I do feel less flexibility when it comes to implementing complex automation scenarios.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My first recommendation would be to make use of the IQ Bot feature, especially if you are going to automate document-heavy tasks. Also, activate the Bot Insight dashboards feature to track the automation ROI, errors, and performance for sure.
