It is easy to set up new challenges. You can choose between 20 "products or methodologies," such as Hackathons, IdeaBox, and Venture, to launch a new challenge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To launch challenges that bring results in the short term.

What differentiates Brightidea Innovation Cloud from other similar products?

All features are available from the start, easy to use and allows for some degree of customisation without coding knowledge. The pipeline feature is extremely powerful and easy to manage and allows you to get a full overview of your activities at a single glance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The pipeline and how it can be configured to run more than just innovation activities, which allows other areas of the company to also leverage the use of Brightidea and making it more visible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the reporting features provide inconsistent data and there is no way to reset them to get the most accurate information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider what are some additional company activities that's can be managed with the software in order to get more people on board the decision to acquire it, and definitely get the professional training package in order to start using the platform as fast as possible.
