What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?

When I post a new job, it’s easy to track every applicant in one place. My email and calendar sync up so I see outreach history without switching tools. The search tools are fast and help me find good candidates quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can work from my phone when I’m away from my desk; everything stays in sync. Tracking metrics like time‑to‑fill and placement rate has helped us improve. Moreover, the client management side lets me track companies, contracts, and opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I have been using this tool it is working great that's why I do not have to dislike anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended platform. Bullhorn helps me spot where we lose applicants in the funnel. The client relationship tools help me keep candidate & client touch points organized.

Unified ATS and CRM integration, maintain client relations and candidate pipelines within single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most recruitment platforms treat applicant tracking and client relationship management as separate systems, which means data silos, duplicated work, and less visibility across the hiring lifecycle. Bullhorn brings both together in one platform, so recruiters can see candidate pipelines, client interactions, and job orders all in one place. This integration saves time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance issues slow loading time., duplication of candidates profiles, user interface can be overwhelming for new users. Customer support concerns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pricing structure its bit expensive than other ATS

It is diffferent than other because we found a combination of applicant tracking and client relationship management in one platform, offering powerful customization, integrations, and scalability tailored for staffing agencies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing is its centralized ATS and CRM that streamlines management of Candidates and Clients in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

some of its integrations with other job boards seems not reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Bullhorn to staffinng agencies that need scalable and all in one CRM and ATS. But need a proper and thorough training.
