Its capacity to manage casino, slot, betting, gaming and hospitality data in addition to improving customer service and consequently patron satisfaction.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the real-time surveillance, displays and reports that capture up-to-the-minute floor activity as it absolutely makes operations management that much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Generally there's not much to dislike though logistics, dishonest patrons and staff management can sometimes be a hassle considering the scale of our large operation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In our industry, hospitality, casino and slot management in a powerful, stable, patron-friendly environment is key. This solution ensures you that. It is very important operation-wise.

It has iVIEW DM interface that makes it easy to forward marketing messages and player account data to the top screen of the player.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Elite bonus suite automates existing promotions and makes it easy and effective to reward current players while attracting more prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile devices aren’t the best gadget to play, however kudos to the vendor on the daily and remarkable version control of this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would endorse it to all gaming and casino industries looking to analyze changes through business intelligence capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Proper management and trasparency comes to mind in addition to security. Complaints are rare and that makes remittances easy and without complications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Logistics sometimes are a nightmare, having to deal with indirect complications like network connections and regulations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This App has been tried and tested compared to most gaming platforms. Customer management and betting experience is well managed by this App thanks to experience in the field.
