At times, the interface feels a bit heavy, and navigating large spaces can be overwhelming—I’d love to see a cleaner, more intuitive experience

My experience with Confluence

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It is one of the best document management platforms. It is a cloud-based tool with advanced and reliable features. The quality and creativity of pre-built templates are outstanding. It allows us to export documents safely to PDF or in other formats with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization features of this solution are amazing. I like the way we can do real-time collaboration in efficient ways. Its search system is very powerful, which provides effective services and makes it easy to find documents instantly. One of the most interesting features I like in this tool is, tracking system, which allows me to track the changes in the document, and I can easily identify who and when made the changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a perfect document management platform. I do not have anything to dislike about Confluence. It is providing great services with its advanced functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool, I would say do not give complete access to everyone must use the role-based permission to protect valuable data.
