What differentiates Conga Sign from other similar products?

Conga sign has the ability to work within a CRMs automation system. The use of Business units can effectively trigger flows and automate complex task based on signatures, write back fields and time frames. Excellent product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate the ability to create a path of signatures and the reporting the goes along with the creation of CST (Conga Sign Transaction) records in our CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a way to send out a document with write back fields, so users could submit infromation without having to click "Confirm Signature", I would like to be able to use the write back just like a form fill. Having to use a second, generally inferior product just because there has not been innovation enough just to add a "Submit Form" button is frustrating. We have had multiple meetings about it over the years, would take Conga to the next level and open a whole new market, a market that is frustrated by how weak Form fill solutions are.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Read documentation, use support, hire an installer. It is worth it especially if integrating with a CRM like Salesforce. It is the most complex document sign and merge tool, its like an F1 car, you need a good tech to get the performance right.
