What is Connected Workspace?

Connected Workspace is securely managed and hosted by Accelera in a secure cloud provider network and delivered to employees over the web to any device. Connected Workspace Online includes a virtual desktop (DaaS), email, office productivity and line of business applications, file sharing and sync, as well as Mobile Device Management. Accelera's DaaS solution helps companies reduce the risk of data loss or intrusion with secure virtual desktops and applications. The solution is available with multi-factor authentication, FIPS and FedRAMP compliance, HIPAA and more.

Connected Workspace allowed us to work on medical records, share documents, and communicate securely without needing separate apps or platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

During a critical case review, several doctors were able to view and annotate the same document without delay, streamlining the entire process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit slow when dealing with large file uploads. I’ve had issues when trying to upload patient imaging data or large medical documents—it sometimes took longer than expected and caused delays

What differentiates Connected Workspace from other similar products?

What truly sets Connected Workspace apart is its focus on customization. Every team has unique dynamics, and the ability to tailor the work environment to our specific needs has been crucial for us. This means it doesn't feel like a "one-size-fits-all" software; rather, it becomes a space where everyone can contribute more effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are so many positive aspects I love about Connected Workspace, but one I value most is the ease with which we can communicate. The real-time chat feature has been a lifesaver, especially in those moments when a quick clarification can mean the difference between progress and stagnation in a project. Furthermore, the interface is intuitive and simple, which has allowed even the least tech-savvy team members to adapt seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, not everything is perfect. Sometimes, I find the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users. A more detailed onboarding process could help the team better understand all the available tools from the start.
