What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
that dayforce is a reliable tool and easily get integrated and used friendly, obviously if you are not able to use this tool, what is the point to have it, so its very used friendly, everyone should try it

its very streamlined, as a talent acquisition its very easy to use and find talent
What do you dislike most about this product?
initially learning about this tool is bit complex, adding data is also feels sluggish
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
that if its related to HR and Talent Acquisition, it generates revenue, great results and worth an investment

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
it is different than other because of its single database architecture and real-time payroll calculation, enabling accurate pay and compliance while reducing errors and manual adjustments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is its continuous payroll calculation, which gives both HR teams and employees visibility into pay at any time, improving accuracy and transparency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting and analytics tools can feel less intuitive, requiring extra training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is best suited for organizations looking for strong payroll and compliance capabilities, ensure invest in training for reporting features and map your workforce processes carefully during implementation.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Moved from Dayforce to UKG, world of difference in all aspects of recruiting, talent management, on-boarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits management, ease of use. Dayforce does not respond to complaint about incorrect billing practices. They are holding our employee information hostage until we pay for invoices through 2024, even though we ended our service with them in July 2022. Numerous emails and no follow up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was alright for a time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product didn't offer enough uses to justify the expense.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't do it! They have the absolute worst customer service and follow up. Unscrupulous tactics used by holding our employee information hostage.
