What differentiates Deltek Talent Management from other similar products?

Not as complicated as others that I have used like ICFM. I was able to learn quickly how to navigate the interface. Not as many clicks to do what I need to do. The customizable options are easy. Users are able to manage their time sheets and expenses with relative ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system consistency and how easily integrated it is for anyone to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be a bit slow at times but not a deal breaker

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Especially good if you're using time sheets, expenses and tracking

It is great learning tool in services that have mostly project based work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Decision making platform where I can track my goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of ,just the improvisation in UI will be a bonus

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo of the product really helped us and given us insights .From my experience I would say business use case should be crystal clear.

Features are big differentiator - all employee development stuff can be taken care at one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most favorite thing is I can manage my weekly task and prioritize my work and instant update from my peers about my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost all features are helpful to me , just that the support team needs to give more timely helpful

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for learning perspective as well as managing your professional work.
