What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?
Dynamic 365 feels like a natural extension for the tools we already use— outlook, excel teams. So getting started was smooth. I like how modular it is ; we picked only what we needed and scaled from there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of dynamic 365 is how seamlessly it connects with everyday microsoft tools. It makes everything feel unified—whether it’s pulling data into excel or tracking leads through outlook. That kind of integration saves times-and keep things simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What i dislike most about Dynamic 365 is that the initial setup and customisation can be complex— especially if you don’t have in house expertise. It is powerful, but unlocking that power takes time, planning, and sometimes extra cost for consultants.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering Dynamic 365, I would recommend clearly mapping out your business needs first— it’s flexible, but planning is key. Start with the modules you really need and grow from there. Also, invest in proper training early on; it makes a big difference in adoption and ROI.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?
Tools like adaptive storefront design that automatically adjusts content and promotions based on user behavior. Haven't seen similar design as this one yet
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i like its tailored features for B2B commerce, such as managing contract pricing, account hierarchies, and volume orders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
can be quite tricky on the features to understand takes a bit of time to learn
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is our first software usage but we have no big issues with it so far would recommend it for small to medium scale business
