What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

It’s built right into the Google suite platform, which makes it effortless to jump into meetings from Calendar, Gmail, or Docs without juggling logins or apps. It’s fast, simple, and doesn’t feel bloated like some of the heavier meeting tools out there

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tthe reliabilityYou click a link, and you’re in... no weird updates, no lag, no drama. Plus, the automatic captions and background noise cancellation are clutch when you’re working in different environments. If you a have a business account the Gemini AI meeting recording tool they just recently added is amazing for after meeting notes

What do you dislike most about this product?

The layout feels too basic and clunky for how often I use it. It’s clean, but not in a good way.......more like bare minimum. On top of that, you can’t control a client’s screen like you can in Zoom, which makes collaboration or troubleshooting during meetings a pain. It’s great for talking, not so great for doing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your team already uses Google Workspace, don’t overthink it. Meet is a no-brainer. It’s fast, integrated, and easy to use. But if you need more advanced event features... you might want to pair it with another tool.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Google Meet easily integrates to our Gmail, Google Chat, and other Google products that our company uses

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Google Meet is that I can quickly send a link to my team to join a Google Meet and have a Video Call together since we all work remotely

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue I have is that sometimes the connection is not great, but over the last year or so that has not been an issue nearly as much

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Gmail and Google Chat, it will be a very simple and helpful tool for your team

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Its user interface is super easy to use and it seems to have the best connection, topping my previous experience with video call software including Skype and Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love any piece of Google software, like Google Meet, because it all groups together with other Google software. You can literally access them simply and jump between each piece of software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, it's my favourite video chat software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a Google account before using this, as it makes it easy to contact others easily and create contacts for future calls on Google Meet.
