What differentiates LinkedIn Talent Insights from other similar products?

Its simple interface and custom reporting options mean HR professionals can work with their data effectively. Giving targeted advice to organizations, LinkedIn Talent Insights helps them make useful choices, increase recruitment effectiveness and set their talent strategies in line with what the business requires.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the platform is very user-friendly and enables users to customize the reports. It’s straightforward for users to change their dashboard to focus only on key figures that matter to their organization. The flexibility here not only enhances how people use HR, but also makes it simpler for HR to examine and use important data for goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smaller organizations or new startups may find the costs of using the platform to be off-putting. Because highly capable tools can be very expensive to access, these organizations miss out on important information for hiring and planning their workforce, reducing their advantage over competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make use of any opportunities to try out the software before you buy it. Using the platform helps you understand what it has to offer and find out if it can help you make the best decisions.
