the scheduling and the AI rewrites of the email subject lines

I don't like that even though we do everything required to validate the domain URL, the emails can still end up in junk.

Lack of granular reporting and customizability

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great CRM for you if you are just starting your business or in your growth stage. But once you outgrow your local market and start scaling your marketing nationally and even globally, I would suggest using Salesforce and even Hubspot. They offer better integration across different functions and better customizability of the entire system, including reporting and dashboards.

It's user friendly and less complex interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is that I can quickly create content with it's built-in creative assistance and large library of templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It not e-commerce based and that doesn’t suit all my needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are scared of complex platforms for your business as a beginner, Mailchimp is your go to software. It's really user friendly for beginners like you.
