What differentiates Nexudus from other similar products?

For us, Nexudus stands out because it handles hybrid workspace operations without needing a separate booking platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The resource automation is an great in the sense that it lets me set rules for lights, access control, and WiFi onboarding

What do you dislike most about this product?

I often have to clean up the JSON dumps before pushing insights into our internal dashboards. It is especially annoying when comparing occupancy across multiple time zones

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company runs several distributed offices, start by configuring access rules early. Nexudus behaves best when you keep naming conventions consistent

What differentiates Nexudus from other similar products?

Unfortunately I haven't used similar products before, Nexudus seemed to be one of the best available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is very intuitive and easy to use from both administrative and user side.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features are not easy to understand due to abundance of details.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When setting up the product, concentrate on the details and double check their functionalities first yourself before making it public. This avoids possible mistakes.

What differentiates Nexudus from other similar products?

It's been around for many years now so it has a breadth of features that other options may lack. However not all features work well or feel like they have been added intuitively

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use for the most part. There is fairly good documentation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integrations are not properly tested before they are launched on the platform. We ended up being the guinea pig and wasted months of back and forth with Nexudus and another company trying to troubleshoot all the issues for them. The CRM system is not intuitive and creates two accounts for one person if they are a lead that then becomes a customer. Support can take a full working day to respond to queries. Changes were made to the platform which affected an integration which then gave access to the office to ALL of our former customers. A heads up would have been great so we could have addressed this issue before it happened.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to current users who use the same systems as you to make sure that the integrations function smoothly and compare with other platforms. Once you pick a platform, it takes an incredible amount of work to switch over to something different.
