What differentiates Revenue Cloud Advanced from other similar products?

As renewals and changes are streamlined within the same platform, therefore, we have achieved so much agility in controlling them. Our quote reversal time has been cut in half, which has ultimately improved our customer satisfaction rate. I seriously feel like this platform has uplifted our whole quote-to-revenue process, giving us accuracy, control, and speed we never had before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being a Sales Ops Manager, I really like how this platform gives me complete visibility into quote activity, approvals, and deal velocity in real time. Our finance and operations teams now believe the data from CPQ because every quote is created from an established product, and according to pricing rules. Moreover, I have also personally noticed that our standard deal cycle time has been minimized since quotes no longer get caught in the manual approval process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Errors are sometimes seen during the quote PDF generation process. Also, the notification and alert system can do more customization-wise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should keep their approval matrix flexible so it fits easily whenever the teams or their hierarchies change. Along with this, I would recommend empowering the guided selling feature for newer sales reps, as it will simplify complicated product selections.

What differentiates Revenue Cloud Advanced from other similar products?

If your main crm platform is Salesforce, then in sake of easy implementation please use Salesforce Cpq. The features specifically on integration side are much better

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ease of implementation in configuration of product and price, results in much faster quote generation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not available for new users is the biggest L decision taken by Salesforce company

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Change the policy, on product side the UI rendering do not display correct quantities sometimes

Salesforce CPQ is having Salesforce as platform which provides seamless experience to Sales teams and easy to navigate and understand on Sales Process, commissions etc.

Price Rule, Product Rules are key things which I like most.

Complex quoting process and quote documents will be address by Salesforce CPQ so I would recommend to those sales teams to use Salesforce CPQ for better experience
