It is easy to integrate it with other third party apps. Other helpful features include: - easy to customize tool per specific business needs - good customer support - user friendly interface. Even a non-technical person can use it easily.

Its' accessibility from anywhere is the key feature. Data could be easily accessible through web or mobile app.

Since it is a tool that offers various solutions, therefore, sometimes it is complex for beginners, Plus availability of many features means its pricey and therefore its affordable for larger business
