It has an ability to automate the recommendations, optimize the customer journey and conduct A/B testing process with powerful tool in engagement
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very complex implementations and limited real time personalization for omni channel engagement methodology. The platform cost is very high for the small and SMB companies
