Real time personalization which helps user to create email campaign sequence and other messaging instantly Seamless salesforce integrations with salesforce CRM, data cloud and others salesforce products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an ability to automate the recommendations, optimize the customer journey and conduct A/B testing process with powerful tool in engagement

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very complex implementations and limited real time personalization for omni channel engagement methodology. The platform cost is very high for the small and SMB companies

User the behavioral analytics to create highly targeted customer segments and personalize interactions accordingly
