What differentiates ServiceNow CMDB from other similar products?
ServiceNow CMDB is a module integrated with the whole Servicenow system. It is very easy to connect CMDB with other modules like ITSM, ITOM etc. It offers real time visibility to maintain the data integrity for analysis to the business
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the the dynamic relationship mapping feature, IRE and visual effects on the configuration items(CIs) and their dependencies
What do you dislike most about this product?
Servicenow CMDB implementation requires proper planning and governance calls without proper planning it can become complex when the number of Configuration Items increase
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you already have ServiceNow team then it's very easy to implement the CMDB module

What differentiates ServiceNow CMDB from other similar products?
Since Servicenow uses Low-code customization and its ITSM integration makes it different from other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My personal favorite aspects is its service mapping and automated discovery. Alongwith the new AI-driven health checks amaze me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not something I could remember.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would personally recommend soneone to use the mapping and automated discovery features. That's my favorite. Fantastic product to use once.
