What differentiates Tines from other similar products?

The ease of use with it's user interface and functionality. Tines focuses on making the automation of tasks as easy as possible by providing templates & example use cases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tines library contains many pre-made actions and stories that users can leverage to speed up their build time or find new ideas to develop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Story licensing & how trying to split stories up to be more functionally usable creates a much larger cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure this is the product right for you. Tines functionality is similar to other automation platforms out there but comes at a cost. If you're trying to leverage automation for 4-5 actions once a month then it may be better to use a different tool. However if you want to build big automation projects then Tines is a great product for this.

What differentiates Tines from other similar products?

A highly customisable workflow, with a ton of pre-configured templates - the strong features enable very dynamic and intuitive response to security events and general IT operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflows feature the ability to explode and combine results, opening the door to complex paths that would otherwise be difficult to implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limits in the community version hamper testing a little, but paid subscriptions resolve this and it's a worthy investment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a SOAR that can build comprehensive workflows right across the business and with security in mind, then Tines is a solid product
