What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?

Simialr to other offerings

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive interface makes creating new flows/spotlights etc very quick and easy. Powerful targetting tools allows us to accurately target the audience for any of our interactions. UserPilot is used as ou =r primary support portal for every one of our customers with a bespoke set of content and then it is linked through to Zendesk for detailed support articles. We also use Userpilot for in-platform overlays to identify new features and guide our users. Customer suport has been very proactive in onboarding me as a new user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UserPilot struggles with the design of our application to always show elements at the correct time and place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn the apabilities to benefti from it fully.

No, how to. I had to try different things to understand how the features work.

Once you figure out how it works, getting what you need done is easy.

What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?

The raw data collection is great, and their customer service team goes a long way toward my hope that they thrive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to quickly turn data points into business intelligence

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of features at the starter level made us feel forced into a higher tier of service, which would be overpriced for our needs (and overkill to those needs).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure you need the full suite of enterprise tier services, because they are excellent. Smaller shops may want to look elsewhere.
