Webex messaging has multiple features, such as messaging, meetings, and calling, in one place, which makes it one of the best tools in the market. It also has a great capability for sharing files and real-time collaboration with the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of Webex messaging is the chat spaces, which help differentiate personal and professional conversations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate to say this, but Webex has very limited emojis which makes it less entertaining and has an outdated user interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this to anyone considering for a messaging tool as it comes with great integration capabilities if you are already in Cisco ecosystem.
