It is very vast I used to work on Genesys and I found Aspect is very vast and easy to use and do scheduling planning

Fetch the dump in a click from Worksheet and do forecasting and adjust volumes

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes time to load the sheet whenever we try to fetch schedules for a year or 6 months

It is very good and easy tool to work on for Workforce Management in all perspectives
