What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BMC Helix Discovery Tool i have used in HSBC Global and Blue Yonder(JDA Software) for the largest Hybrid and Multi Cloud Infrastructure was really helpful to identify the CI's and CI Ownership,dependency mappings easily and able to track the Dynamic modifications in CI Configuration changes

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support Timelines, Renewal costs, Taking time to integrate with more Cloud Services, Type of Modern day workloads used Public Cloud Platforms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definetely you should consider and evaluate the BMC Helix Platform for the Enterprise IT Asset Management Solution. BMC Helix Discovery Tool is scalable and having all the futuristic functional capabilities expected for the Digital Transformation happening now.
