What do you dislike most about this product?

All features of CMW are totally worth it and fulfill its duty in the BPM industry with all the required aspects.

Monitor the critical processes by using real-time dashboards, and get insights on delays and bottlenecks at the initial level. It's also a highly recommended tool for continuous process improvement and scenario testing with executive reporting.

I have been using this tool for years and I have a great experience of using this. The way CMW provides services is really amazing. CMW offers mapping process, modeling of the data, building formation, and real-time tracking. All these collectively make it a comprehensive BPM solution. It is well-designed to scale according to various infrastructures, making it favorable for small to large enterprises. Such a level of flexibility ensures the growth of businesses excelling with their expanding size.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be more improvement when comes to the response rate of customer services. Especially when we need in-depth assistance, there is a lack of technical assistance and late response. I find that the support is not as supportive and comprehensive as it should be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make long-term growth plans. With the expanding size of your business, you always need more advanced features, for this, map out plans for scaling CMW with your working environment so that it carries on your necessities without outgrowing the system.
