I dislike the Limited Mobile Accessibility, it would be beneficial to have a more robust mobile app for on-the-go access to patient records and scheduling.

What differentiates Eclipse Practice Management Software from other similar products?

Eclipse allows multiple users to view/edit patient records or charts simultaneously. When one user updates data (appointments, services, documentation), those changes are visible immediately to others without having to close and reopen documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Eclipse includes scheduling, billing, claims management, patient registration, documentation, SOAP notes, reporting and analytics. Many users like having all of those together in one system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Crashes or instability when multiple users try to access the same patient file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Eclipse has many features and modules; more advanced functions (custom templates, billing nuances, documentation macros) often require practice. Make sure vendor/implementation includes thorough training for both clinical and administrative staff to reduce the learning curve.
