What differentiates FieldEdge from other similar products?

We can accurately dispatch technicians and move the schedule around easily when changes are made or needed throughout the day or week. We have saved lots of time and money with the entire system, especially billing. It’s perfectly tailored for gathering information at an instant and greatly reduces the frustration of implementing a new operational process into an existing “paper” HVAC service company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We know our team at Field Edge by name from how closely they work with us. They regularly are checking in and are prompt in response when we have need of them. Further I have had them go well beyond their scope of work to promote our company’s success on multiple occasions. The marketing tools that are available within the program are amazing!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited gig availability, low pay for some gigs, and limited opportunities in certain areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend to any company that purchases this software to take full advantage of the Support page. The software was very simple to learn and offered much more than we expected.
