What differentiates FreightPOP Logistics Management Platform from other similar products?

Large pool of already integrated carriers. Versatile for whatever mode of transportation used. Great tool for linking quoting, tracking, and claims under one portal. FreightPop provides great value with even only a portion of the service used and provide reliable metrics the more you put into it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One point integration allows for lower costs when adding additional carriers to a network

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional disruptions due to carrier connections can occur. Communication good be better but typically alerts will be shown on the site

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If not already using a TMS software this is a must have

Ease of use! Quick resolution!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Helpful support! All programs will have a bug or two, but I always receive a quick response to any issues that arise. Also, the staff is super friendly every time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had any negative issues with this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try this out. If a problem arises, give the support staff time to address the issues. You will be impressed.

Auto Pack Calculations Based on customer set parameters, both orders and items can auto-pack into boxes and pallets to know how to best rate the goods.

Automated Dispatching The ability for orders to come to system and automatically dispatch and schedule pick ups with carriers with no user interaction outside of the initial setup.

Pick, Pack & Load Sort and print picking lists and then direct workers to the place where the product is stored and calculate the type and amount of packaging for orders.
