What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security encryption is the feature I like most which makes our client meetings secure by setting up password or a pin to keep our data secure from cyber activity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While on a webinar when multiple cameras work same time the video resolution automatically goes lower and sometimes freezes the screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A strong security options, wide options for managing large or small meetings and rich features for collaboration may helps user to solve the biggest issue of client visual communication.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

The difference is in the professional-level reliability. Other platforms may have issues with bandwidth, but this tool keeps the audio quality and video flowing smoothly, something that cannot be compromised when you are meeting with other partners or other important influencers for the first time. The dial-in is also a good backup that most of the competitors do not have as strongly. Its feature set is geared towards business and not merely light talks. It makes you sure that your presentation would not stop its work due to some technical reason, which is invaluable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect that I like the most is the mere stability. I am able to share high-resolution campaign images or elaborate content calendars without being concerned about the screen share slowing down or collapsing. In the case of guests, it is incredibly easy to join a meeting, which will result in fewer hours spent on troubleshooting and more time spent on the creative strategy. It is the type of tool that functions so efficiently that you nearly forget that it exists. You would simply be able to continue working on what you want done by your conferencing software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is slightly corporate, and it needs to be designed in a more modern way. It is fully operational and not as smooth and intuitive as some more recent ones.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am in constant communication with photographers, agencies, partners in other time zones, and my day. I have been using it to hold weekly campaign syncs, during which we discuss content mockups in real time. The annotation tools are great for providing instant and accurate feedback on images directly on the screen. Such clarity removes the endless email messages and puts everyone on the same page. It allows my process of collaboration to be quicker and much more efficient, as I am able to concentrate on the quality of the content but not the logistics involved in communication.
