What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I didn’t think HubSpot Sales Hub would matter much to a copywriter. But turns out, it gives me loads of insights that shape how I write. It’s a CRM, sure, but I use it to peek into contact timelines, client preferences, and what emails or landing pages are converting best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The email tracking and performance data. Seeing which subject lines actually get clicked helps me tweak future campaigns. I also use snippets and templates to speed up writing sales outreach or nurture content
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are tabs within tabs and half of them I don’t even need. Also, the formatting editor for emails can be a bit glitchy, especially when switching between plain text and HTML
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re a copywriter working close to the sales or marketing teams, ask for access. You’ll be surprised how helpful it is to know which content actually closes deals

They stand out a a single source of marketing for both Marketing and Sales teams
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The pipeline management and lead capturing and scoring features are excellent with a ton of integration features
What do you dislike most about this product?
Email automation features could be much better compared to other tools in the market
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of integrations to get to full capability of the tool. For example you can use Zoominfo to enrich lead data
