What differentiates IBM Security QRadar SOAR from other similar products?

With dynamic playbook creation and customization, IBM Resilient SOAR shines. The orchestration engine on the platform naturally works with existing security infrastructure. The intelligent automation decreases response times significantly. The predefined threat intelligence integration, incident lifecycle visibility, and an integrated case management system enrich incident data automatically and provide complete incident visibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Robust reporting capabilities ensure security metrics keep track and ROI can be shown.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform could be missing some prebuilt integrations with the newer security tools. Improved and interactive search functionality across historical incidents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our response times have gone down by 60% thanks to the automated workflows, and we've ensured consistent handling of security incidents due to standardized procedures.
