The Advanced Roadmaps feature is a standout—it helps me align cross-functional teams and track progress across initiatives with ease. I also appreciate the 24/7 support and guaranteed uptime, which are critical for keeping our projects on track. The automation capabilities save us time, and the enhanced admin controls give me the confidence to manage permissions and workflows securely at scale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Jira Software Cloud Premium is the Advanced Roadmaps feature. It gives me a clear, strategic view across multiple teams and projects, which is incredibly helpful for planning and tracking dependencies. Being able to visualize timelines and adjust plans in real time makes a huge difference in keeping everyone aligned and moving forward efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing I find most frustrating about Jira Software Cloud Premium is how complex it can be to onboard new team members.
