Full suite of features available. True single pain of glass for your agents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Single pane of glass. Agents don't need to keep dipping out into other software, this makes it easier to join everything together so that it works seamlessly with our needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

not much, it has continued to improve of the years

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest the time to customise it, and get it to do what you need. It will be worth it!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an all round awesome product that can take care of clients as a CRM and also is good for patching, remediation and overall IT MSP use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say that the GUI can be a little confusing as you look for features that you may want to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say contact Kaseya to assist with a Demo. Once you use the product and it’s features you will know if this is the correct one for your business.
