M-Files have a unique method called meta-data driven approach & that is the differentiator between M-Files from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Search option using metadata is my favorite aspect in M-Files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't have inbuilt Editing function & the mobile app doesn't have all the features which is available in the desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a secured & robust document management, then M-Files is the best choice.
