What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

The service mentality of the entire organization from the CEO to Tech Support to Sales Support is so refreshing and made the experience of operationalizing the platform into our company workstreams so easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The contract authoring capabilities enable standardized workflows with the flexibility to meet the needs of our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we don't have an internal administrator, I wish we had someone at Malbek to administer changes and improvements for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Contrast the features and capabilities against more expensive products. Malbek will meet or exceed their competition and their support team makes for excellent value in the purchase.

What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

The ease and flexibility of configuration has been huge for us. Our business has changed substantially in the last couple of years and we've easily been able to configure the system ourselves to support new workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search - i've been able to answer difficult questions from the business about the obligations in our contracts because i've been able to search across the repository and quickly preview the search results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like to see more ability to promote certain records when searching, e.g., show the MSA first and then amendments in order.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What you see is what you get! Malbek was the most refreshing experience because the product actually does what they said it would, vs. a lot of other vendors that over promise.
