Seamless integration with MS ecosystem AR and HOLOLENS go beyond just calls, adds annotations and 3D diagrams plus has guides to technicians field of view which enhances precision & efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great Security and compliance with Enterprise features. Meets industry standards & regulations such as HIPAA and other regionals data protection laws.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s expensive to implement , a bit complex while learning , high dependency on infrastructure & connectivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in good infrastructure - cloud Role out a proper pilot program before starting Have enhanced training and support programs to ensure seamless use

I think the most impressive aspect of Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is it's ability to provide real-time support through augmented reality. It helps users troubleshoot and solve problems hands-on, even from miles away, making it super efficient in industries like field service and manufacturing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
