What differentiates Microsoft Entra ID from other similar products?

The hybrid support works well for us. This platform is enriched with a remarkable list of features and offers more extensibility. Moreover, it promotes the mixture of conditional access and identity protection, which is much stronger and reliable for sure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I no longer have to manage the credentials of every app manually. Role-based access has made it very easy to configure and maintain while keeping transparency in the team. The identity governance feature is also very helpful in accessing reviews and automating the lifecycle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does offer seamless third-party integrations, but setting them up requires much manual configuration. Also, the platform feels extra overwhelming with multiple layers of settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform can help in keeping your secrets out of the codebase, especially if your devs work across environments using Entra ID.
