What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's sheer range of features is the thing that separates it from all other products on the market, as it has everything you could possibly want from a video conferencing and instant messaging service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As above, the wide range of features. How easy it is to create meetings and calls with external clients, but how equally easy it is to phone colleagues internally or invite multiple people to the same call. When on a meeting, I love the interface to be able to share screen, and it takes no time at all to get used to the product itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to choose something, the calendar on Teams leaves a lot to be desired. I find it clunky and difficult to view multiple calendars at once, but also find it very messy when viewing my own calendar for a week or month.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it, there is no better product on the market in my opinion.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft 365 Integration Microsoft Teams is not just a chat or video tool. It is integrated with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and many other tools. This makes it very much user-friendly, and saves a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams keep record of everything, chat, calls, meetings, even notifications. The filters, and options available during video calls. WOW! Background filters, Make-ups, even Snap filters. This makes our team training and collaborating fun.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not many things but it lags sometimes and that happens even during client calls🤯

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train users. It seems simple, but it has so many features that will get unnoticed if not trained. Customize alerts so you don’t drown in messages and use it for collaboration, not just meetings
