What differentiates MRI Living from other similar products?

All of the applications work together creating a seamless work flow in our organization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How we have been able to go paperless with all of the different capabilities. This also ensures confidentiality using the portal and requiring landlords and participants to do the same.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like report writer, it didn't really offer any other reports to use as they are also all built in. This is a very good perk of MRI

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to see an app for ipads so we can use the full software in the field on home visits.

The fact that it is easy to use especially for residential multifamily units.

Managing the entire portfolio

It becomes costly with the features at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its managerial aspect is great. Product quality and efficiency are excellent. It's easy to use and understand. Staffing work together as a team.
