What differentiates Pega Customer Decision Hub from other similar products?

Pega CDH helps to marketing our product and help to get sales in only one platform which targets perfect customers by its AI capabilities Pega engine .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has multi channel integrations including Facebook, meta where we can instantly run campaign either it may be email campaign or message campaign by adding funds in the platform itself which works a s one stop destination

What do you dislike most about this product?

Testing of this data in the real time costs so much at the primary stage and its predictive model will not works fine until it gets right date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pega CDH platform is the one stop destination for multiple marketing and sales which have been evolving itself with more and more features and there are many companies already in the profit using pega cdh

Suggestions will sound different as a result. By utilizing IT and AI, a corporation can eliminate time-consuming and expensive tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

After gathering data from numerous sources and assembling it in one place, the best course of action is chosen. The business-led change enables users to implement change using a successful strategy. The account team supports the organization's long-term goals and plans and understands its expectations and challenges. Pega serves as the foundation of our entire marketing plan. CRM, direct mail, and email are already used in our company, and we want to add ads and domains for websites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though Pega eliminates the need for source codes, there are a few odd circumstances where a particular demand necessitates further assistance from Pega. Introducing custom code may cause the system to destabilize and lose OOB functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although Pega CDH had an excellent blend of features, deployment took longer than expected and required more technical expertise. Customers give more excellent reviews when they have a better experience. Making the best decision is made feasible with quick planning. It is a fantastic tool that retail customer care representatives, the digital channel, and all business channels employ.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Filters are required because they stop the same client from receiving the same proposal more than once while automating and prioritising the best course of action for various clients, whether they are the same client or not. Value, experience, sustainability, scalability, marketing business actions, and behaviour before, through, and following their operations to obtain acceptable results and improve them immediately, enabling more wonderful offers and better and more efficient experiences.

Several information sources are gathered in one place to choose the best course of action. Users can implement change thanks to the business-led change successfully. Since they are aware of the business' requirements and challenges, the account team supports future strategy and goals. Every single one of our marketing campaigns is based on Pega. We already use these names for email, direct mail, and CRM, so that we will add advertising and website domains to our account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be beneficial if Pega spent more money providing seamless interaction with data visualisation programmes like Qlik. To ensure that its technology can be created swiftly enough to keep up with its clients' increasing needs, Pega should move more quickly. A high learning curve should be considered when using AI adaptive statistics, and the product's out-of-the-box capability may be indicated.
