What differentiates Rally Software from other similar products?

It has helped our team to stay oriented, predictable, and focused on providing real value, thus becoming an integral part of our agile environment. Rally’s capacity planning feature makes it quite easy to stabilize workloads among the team. Moreover, Rally efficiently joins strategy, execution, and outcomes in a unified platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been able to see each task's location without having to catch their status reports, and it happened by gaining real-time updates from the platform. The backlog management feature lets us keep our focus on top-priority work. It also offers great transparency so that everyone has access to see progress, obstructions, and ownership.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is surely a complete package platform, offering all the required features in the ALM industry and serving well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Let us be realistic and let your team manage different deployments, prevent obstructions, ensure capacity, and track ongoing initiatives across various iterations by adopting Rally as your ALM tool.
