What differentiates RocketLane from other similar products?

Rocketlane stands out from other comparable solutions due to its ability to integrate customer collaboration, repetitive process control, and project management. In contrast to competing technologies, Rocketlane has complete transparency and places clients on an equal footing with the team. By making everyone's work visible, we can cut down on needless back-and-forth and build trust right away.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We didn’t realize that we needed Rocketlane until we tried it, but now I feel like I’ve found it. The intuitive interface design gave me confidence from the first click; I knew that any member of my team could use it with ease. We were able to eliminate repetitive and tedious tasks with the use of customizable templates, and gained a new perspective by centralizing all our deadlines, milestones, projects and financial data. We have been able to eliminate many emails and give everyone a real-time view of progress through the client portal. In a once chaotic place, it provided us with peace and clarity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was a learning curve because not all workflows were clear, and we had to spend some time getting to know one other. It first slowed us down, but it wasn't a major issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

During the launch of a critical client project, the training, support and development teams had to spend many extra hours due to short notice. Everyone was on the same page about when and what to do thanks to Rocketlane, and I could see our progress very instantly. Highlights the client’s request for a substantial change in the scope of the project in the middle of its execution. Thanks to Rocketlane, we were able to keep the schedule and avoid derailments that would destroy the strategy, staff changes and rescheduling dates.

It’s project timelines and tasks features are nice compared with other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it’s project plan features that simplifies tracking timelines,task ownership and due dates for better clarity and coordination. Also it has amazing customer support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing since everything works as intended.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will help you reduce project management efforts by 85% so give it a try.

What differentiates RocketLane from other similar products?

Rocketlane provides full report on it's dashboard, it able to show the number running projects, done projects and ongoing projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It integrates with calendars like Google and outlook calendar, and helps to set a time for the team to submit there timesheets. It allows you to track time when time team members spent on tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rocketlane is very friendly and simple with alot of features hence no dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm impressed with this product because it provides free space for communication and allows you to go live and chat with partners and teams which improve on task workflow as member are able to share ideologies about the tasks.
