What differentiates RSA ID Plus from other similar products?

It is adaptive and phishing resistant authentication which can evaluate risk and enforce stronger verification when suspicious activity is detected. This helps prevent credential based attacks without creating too much friction for normal users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides multiple authentication methods such as biometric, push notifications, OTP codes, hardware tokens and passwordless option like Window Hello or Face ID. This flexibility allows organizations to choose the authentication method that best fits their environment while still maintaining strong protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost and management of authentication tokens. In some environments where hardware tokens or specific authentication methods are used then replacing lost tokens or managing them for a large number of users can become expensive and time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan the deployment carefully and start with a small pilot implementation. Also choose the right authentication methods for you users to balance strong security with a smooth login experience.
