What differentiates ServiceTitan from other similar products?
I don’t believe there’s significant differentiators. The cost to changes what primarily keeps us using service Titan, instead of considering other vendors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Always new offerings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are many similar products in this space. Once you’ve committed to a software solution, the cost of changing to another discourages shifting to equally competitive solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The solution is adequate and largely does what it says it’s going to do. There are many competitors in the market, so make sure you thoroughly explore your options before you commit as it is hard to change after you’ve used the software for several years. If anything make sure that the Service Titan features are going to be used by your team. It could easily be considered over engineered for some more straightforward businesses. Service Titan isn’t inexpensive by any means.

What differentiates ServiceTitan from other similar products?
It's intricately robust capabilities set it apart from competitors. Along with constant upgrades and innovation. Always looking to the future.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scheduling and invoicing capabilities. Can be streamlined and efficient for customers and employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of knowledgeable support reps at the front lines. Gates features that are super useful but you don't know they exist without asking sometimes. It's like Excel in a way; that depending on how much you've trained on and worked with the software, it can be your best friend or your worst enemy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be willing to put in the time, energy and effort to truly train and get to know the software intimately prior to launch. Proper initial setup is crucial unless you want a lot of cleanup and changes down the road. The capabilities of the software are worth the financial and mental investment.
