My favorite aspect of Tealium AudienceStream CDP is its real-time identity resolution and activation, which lets you unify customer profiles instantly and trigger personalized experiences across hundreds of integrated platforms without delay.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first, it takes some time to really get the hang of all the features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend going in with a clear use case and dedicating time for onboarding/training, once you get past the initial learning curve, the platform’s real-time power and integrations really pay off. Also, lean on Tealium’s support and documentation; they’re super helpful in getting value quickly.

What differentiates Tealium AudienceStream CDP from other similar products?
The connector library is more extensive than any other CDPs on the market by a factor of 10. It connects to everything!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is so responsive. Real-time event tracking is fantastic and easy to use. They've added so many features since I started in 2018.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a steeper learning curve than other CDPs like Twilio Segment. That said, once you do understand it, it's the most fun to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the breadth of the real-time use cases and behavioral triggers you want powered by this tool. It is an enterprise-level CDP. If you're only going to connect to a few sources/destinations, Twilio Segment may be an easier fit.

What differentiates Tealium AudienceStream CDP from other similar products?
Tealium AudienceStream is a platform that can track and connect all the signals from Social Media, Website, Emails, Chatbots, Mobile apps, and more. This gives a more precise version of the prospect. After this we can handle the same from the platform itself, there are options to trigger workflows based on signals, which makes it totally automated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect for Tealium is that it does not only gives signals. It has a verity of solutions, some of which are generic stuff. But it help in brainstorming and creating something that actually hits the prospect/candidate. Cause we are using many information at one time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is not just about Tealium. This is about mostly all AI. Too much generic stuff and templates that makes the outreach sound AI. Every AI platform has to understand that technology helps us. But selling comes from the human, the trust part. and no one's gonna trust an AI made email or SMS. Try to sound more human.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A little costly, but the one which creates the difference. Anyone consider buying or implementing this, go ahead! You won't regret. Just keep your data clean first, hire or train people who could implement and train this.
