Offers 24/7 customer support and guided onboarding, which many users find better than the support from budget VoIP services like Grasshopper or Ooma.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many useful features—like call recording, voicemail transcription, and CRM integrations—are only available on higher-tier plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wired connections are generally more reliable than Wi-Fi for voice.

What differentiates Vonage Business Communications from other similar products?

I have been using Vonage on daily basis for recruiting purposes and found it very easy to use and smooth calling to international candidates. I have also have a Vonage app in my mobile which is really awesome from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say, Instant group calling and chatting with quick file/docs sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Texting issue as our messages sometimes not delivered to candidates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, go for it. It is a cloud based communication tool for your business purposes and not even expensive.
