Price! Wave is cheap/free in many cases.

Lack of nice budgeting/reports. Other smart features are weaker than in more powerful platforms.

I love the expense tracking and reporting features
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a little getting used to when coming from another platform, but we've found everything we need so far. Integrations with 3rd party software solutions may be a little limited compared to some of the "big dogs" in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's definitely worth adding to your short list of accounting platforms to check out!
