What differentiates WegoPro from other similar products?

WegoPro differentiates itself from other similar products primarily through its user experience, customer support model and market focus. It has faster and easier implementation is the most important thing makes it different and best, also the real helpful people's for customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time-line of implementation of WegoPro and the customer support with user friendly interface is my favorite aspect of this product. WegoPro also provides the real time visibility and data analytics of travel and expenses and it's also provides consolidated platform to manage all the travel and expenses at one platform and save a lot of manual work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well there is nothing to dislike but improvement area can be the reposting limitations, while exporting large reports with many entries we see little difficult which can be improve

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the employee's number is small to mid definitely go with WegoPro, which will help to save a lot to money for organization, the time-line of implementation this is very considerable that the software is very easy to implement and take very less time comparing to others, and the customer support is way more important, which is one of the best experience you will have with WegoPro and the user friendly interface is also very good point to consider as it will not hectic to train employee's.

No, I dont dislike anything

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure WegoPro supports India (and any other countries you work in) with correct currencies, tax/ GST handling, exchange rates Travel-booking module has a “per booking” cost in one plan (US $10 per booking) and higher tiers for premium support.

What differentiates WegoPro from other similar products?

Wegopro suits us because crew travel is complex in our industry. Getting technicians to offshore rigs, refineries, and training centers requires coordination across multiple carriers and constantly changing schedules

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it reduces the endless email loops we used to face. It also handles last-minute itinerary changes smoothly, which matters when weather delays a crew transfer to a rig.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with expense systems could be tighter. We sometimes have to reconcile travel costs manually

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train supervisors on how to pre-approve recurring travel patterns — it speeds things up dramatically. And work closely with finance to set up expense rules that align with your company’s travel policy
